Last night the Liberal Democrats gained two County Council seats at different ends of the country. Both saw big increases in the vote for our party suggesting we have the prospect of making significant gains at this May's District elections which will also take place in Babergh.

We are ramping up campaigning locally now and plan to field more candidates than last time the seats were fought. If you would like to offer to help the campaign please go to How you are able to help (Babergh South Suffolk Liberal Democrats) (southsuffolklibdems.org.uk). We still have a number of seats for which we are seeking candidates. If you would be interested in standing as a councillor to help make our community better, greener, fairer, and more cohesive please contact us at baberghliberaldemocrats@gmail.com

We would love to hear from you!
