Has our Conservative MP thrown in the towel and given up on South Suffolk? After an article entitled, "A Londoner's Diary" appeared in his name in the London Evening Standard, many people are asking whether he spends any time at all at his South Suffolk home.
"Conspicuous by his absence" and "only interested in the constituency before the elections" are just some of the phrases used even by Conservative supporters.
In a similar vein, the Labour party have yet again wheeled in an unknown candidate to stand for South Suffolk - this time from London. People are asking why South Suffolk is the testing ground for Labour hopefuls, who have little knowledge of the area and seem to disappear after the elections.
